This project uses an existing 4500t/d clinker cement production line of Qianyang Conch Cement Company to coordinate the disposal of local solid and hazardous wastes. The content mainly includes: solid waste treatment, solid waste transportation and kiln incineration, waste liquid treatment, fly ash incineration into kiln, sludge pretreatment and transportation, etc. The daily solid waste treated is 30 tons. On May 6, a total of 4 people entered the site to start construction preparations. On the 11th of that month, all the living area, construction site, temporary power laying and other work were completed and met with formal construction conditions. On May 13, the first batch of materials entered the site and began non-standard production. Up to now, the 1.4-meter main pipe for deodorization from the solid waste treatment workshop to the kiln head grate cooler has been rolled up, of which the kiln side pipes have been transported to the installation site and 60% of the welding has been completed, and the pipe pairs between the disposal workshop and the kiln end preheater are welded about 50% complete.
