This project is the largest electric dust collection renovation in Xing 'an Chemical Aluminum Oxide Plant. It is necessary to remove the original electric dust collection plate wire and booster, vibrating, box beam and other devices. Only the original dust collection shell and ash bucket parts are retained and transformed into a metal filter bag dust collection project.
Because this dust collector works in a high temperature and high negative pressure environment for a long time (the inlet negative pressure reaches more than-10Kpa, the temperature is between 125℃ and 200 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature can reach more than 450℃), ordinary cloth bags cannot withstand such high temperatures. Therefore, this project uses 32280 bolts to fix 5380 metal filter bags; at the same time, in order to prevent dew condensation inside the dust collector and the filter bags, all compressed air pipe networks and spray air bags are insulated. The high negative pressure working environment brings many difficulties to the structural strength of the renovation and construction. In addition, chemical companies have higher requirements for construction safety and quality than cement companies. Our company overcame various difficulties and completed the renovation and construction task of dust collection on schedule.
