The Heidelberg Liberia Roller Press Project began its stand-alone test run on October 7, 2019. With the start button pressed by the debugging team, the 416BC28 belt began to operate steadily after receiving the order. The on-site debugger checked carefully and checked the important check points such as the belt pull rope, deviation switch and sweeper. The belt all operated normally as expected. Subsequently, the person in charge of the commissioning team announced that the stand-alone commissioning of the Liberian 416BC28 belt was successful, which heralded the prelude to the stand-alone commissioning of the Heidelberg roller press transformation project in Liberia.
The stand-alone commissioning of the Liberian Heidelberg roller press project can start on schedule, which is inseparable from the efforts of all the personnel of the Liberia project of Jingxing Mechanical and Electrical Project Department. due to the delay of three months in the early civil construction, the installation period was reduced by three months. the original five-month construction period Tianjin Hospital compressed to less than three months.
When our first batch of personnel arrived on July 20 and July 25, the first batch of steel structure arrived. The pouring of the steel structure foundation of the roller press was completed on July 28th. After one day of civil maintenance, the preparation work for hoisting the steel structure of the roller machine began. The first crane of the steel structure of the roller press began on August 1st, followed by the rainy season in Liberia. The average annual precipitation of the site of the roller press built by us is 3000mm. Excluding the six months of the dry season, the precipitation in August and September reached daily 35mm.
During the hoisting of the first batch of steel structure of the Heidelberg project roll press, there was a sudden heavy rain. The builders thought that the heavy rain would be over in the next 10 or 20 minutes. They were all looking for a place to hide from the rain. Who would have thought that the heavy rain did not stop for an hour? Because of the task, as the team leader shouted: brothers, come out and do it, I don't know when the rain will stop; all the construction workers wearing raincoats began the installation of steel columns of the roller press in the wind and rain. After returning to the living area, when the workers took off their raincoats, their clothes were all drenched. Looking at the expressions of the workers' brothers, it was even worse than being caught in the rain. Because the raincoats were airtight and the workers worked a lot during the construction, they sweated and soaked all their clothes. Even so, no one was absent from work the next day, and the dedication of the workers was really tearful.
During August, we unloaded 72 containers in the rain and emptied them all and hoisted them to the car. as the containers are all transit containers, the containers must be emptied and lifted to the vehicle within 24 hours after the arrival of the containers. Tianjin Jingxing mechanical and electrical staff carry forward the spirit of being not afraid of hardship and willing to contribute, and have basically completed the installation of the steel structure and equipment of the roller press within two months without delaying the construction of the container unload. let the roller press have the conditions for stand-alone test run within the planned time; in these transcripts praised by the owners, the workers have made the most important contribution. At present, the Liberia project is in the confluence war at the bottom of the cement reservoir, working hard for the goal of full production on September 20. workers go to work at 06:30 in the morning, get off work at 06:30 in the evening, have a two-hour rest at noon, go to work at seven o'clock in the evening, and get off work at ten o'clock. The project department will certainly have a good result, whether it is the rainy season or the dry season, when the project is not yet completed, it is the season for us to work hard! Only by working hard can we make the flowers of victory bloom most brightly.
